... and wake up with my guts knotted up..... [04 Dec 2008|09:44am] [ music | Why? - Rubber Traits (live) ] So last we left off I had moved. Wait.... maybe that hadn't happened yet? Anyway.... it's been like over 1/2 a year since I've had internet. I hop on at work to check the myspace and email and such.... but other than that.... completely absent. So, hey... what's up? I feel completely sick at the moment. I'm just waking up after having a food fit last night... for the past 3 days I had only eaten one piece of babybel light cheese snacks per day. Until last night..... I shredded up 3 skinny cow icecream sandwiches(@120cal/ea), two handfuls of cheez-it's(300cal), and a cup of black bean & lime soup(275cal... as I ate 3/4 of it.), so these knotted up guts are my own fault. Oh yeah... and I've gained so much weight since last I was on. For a while there I did nothing but go to the doctors, I had an intense mental breakdown, started reiki..... moved into my own place... being that the boyfriend broke up with me.... Hmm... so yeah... antidepressants and such caused me to gain like 20#'s instantly. so I'm at 110 at the moment.... it keeps jumping.... Oh jeez... I didn't see the time... I've gotta get to work...
